Your role at Hyatt Regency

·        Ensure that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate;

·        Supervise and coordinate the activities of personnel responsible for and engaged in the processing of guests and housekeeping items;

·        Examine all guest rooms are cleaned in accordance to the hotel’s standards;

·        Ensure proper handling and maintenance of work area and equipment;

·        Coordinate all repairs and maintenance and issues repair and maintenance job orders to ensure the proper maintenance of Housekeeping equipment;

·        Ensure all employees established a rapport with guests;

·        Ensure all linens are handled and processed according to their priority and standards;

·        Communicate on a daily basis operational matters with employees and peers;

·        Assist the Team Leader/Housekeeping Manager with a smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping department.
