The vision of Albert Plesman, the founding father of KLM and former 'resident' of De Plesman, lives on as his inspiring legacy continues. As De Plesman embarks on its next chapter, it will continue to maintain the tradition of uniting people from across the globe.  

With De Plesman a historic monument is transformed into a brand-new lifestyle hospitality concept. With over 100 rooms, a gym, restaurant, bar & lounge and meeting rooms, there's never a dull moment as we gear up for our opening early 2025. Currently we are already operating De Plesman Residences, stunning equipped apartments, for guests looking to stay between 1 to 6 months. 

We are looking for an adventurous person who loves to be part of an energetic and creative team. You will develop and maintain relationships with key clients to maximize opportunity and revenue. Every day, your mission is to spread the buzz about De Plesman's incredible Lifestyle Hospitality concept, making sure everyone gets what it’s all about and wants to be part of De Plesman experience. 

What will you be doing? 

• You foster and manage new business opportunities for De Plesman. This includes Corporate accounts, MICE, and Leisure agencies. 
• You enjoy being on the road visiting clients, inviting them for site visits, and from time-to-time representing De Plesman at national and international trade shows. 
• You will negotiate pricing and preferred partnership rates using in-depth knowledge of local market trends, and analyze client information to maximize revenue. 
• Your main focus is boosting revenue and expanding the sales contact by developing and implementing De Plesman strategic sales action plan.  
• Supporting and cooperating with the Director of Sales to ensure business targets are achieved.
