Our shiftleaders are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about the shared-dining concept, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
Offer menu recommendations upon request
Coordinate the communication between the floor and the kitchen team
Coordinate the table settings
Prepare tables by setting up silverware and glasses
Up-sell additional products when appropriate
Communicate order details to the kitchen team
Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems to your manager
Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
Deliver checks and collect bill payments
Positive attitude and aim to provide great communication skills

Requirements

Strong team player
Open to learn and gain experience
Attentiveness and patience for guests
Aim to deliver excellent presentation skills
Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Active listening and effective communication skills
Fluent speaking in English
You live in Amsterdam (or nearby)
