THE POSITION

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team. The Senior Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing room revenue and profitability across multiple properties by applying revenue management techniques. This role will work closely with the Cluster Director of Revenue and the commercial team to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to optimize room revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and performance data to inform pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and manage hotel budgets and monthly forecasts.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Oversee the daily review and implementation of room accommodation and rate inventory controls.
  • Conduct weekly revenue management meetings to review booking periods and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide detailed reports and analysis on revenue performance, booking pace, and market conditions.
  • Train and support the revenue team in utilizing revenue management systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective pricing and distribution strategies.
  • Ensure accurate content, availability, and pricing on all distribution channels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and intermediaries to enhance revenue opportunities.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, team briefings, and project work.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar revenue management role.
  • BSc or MSc in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field; additional education in revenue management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
