Who are we?

Staybridge Suites The Hague-Parliament is the first of its kind in the Netherlands and Nothern Europe. We have 101 suites with a fully equiped kitchen. Breakfast is included in our room rates and we offer a social drink event 3 times per week to meet our guests and socialize to get to know them better. We make our guest feel at home.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, working closely with our marketing and sales department to enhance our brand presence and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and our website.
• Create engaging content to promote the hotel's unique features and events, such as our social drink gatherings and fully-equipped suites.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
• Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Participate in sales calls and meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and current information.
• Help organize and promote the hotel's social drink events, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests.
• Gather guest feedback to understand their needs and preferences, providing insights for service improvements.
