Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with seating, and address inquiries.
• Seating Management: Allocate tables efficiently and coordinate with staff.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with team members.
• Server Assistance: Support servers with food delivery and table clearing.
• Cleanliness: Ensure the dining area is clean and organized.
• Customer Assistance: Handle special requests and provide additional items as needed.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with staff and support team efforts.
• Health & Safety: Follow safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards.
• Training: Participate in training and stay updated on restaurant policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles.
