What does an Assistant Restaurant Manager do?

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you help oversee the daily operations of a hotel restaurant. You work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure that service runs smoothly, team members understand their responsibilities and guests enjoy a welcoming dining experience.
