What is an F&B Manager?

An F&B manager, or Food & Beverage manager, is responsible for all F&B activities in the hotel and ensures a fantastic guest experience. A good F&B manager plans ahead, organizes efficiently, and manages F&B orders, staff, and finances. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through satisfied guests and a well-functioning team. F&B Manager responsibilities
