Reservations Agent

As a reservations agent, you play a crucial role at the intersection of reception and sales within the front office team. You work closely with front office employee, front office manager, receptionists, and other reception team members. In addition to managing reservations, you are also involved in reception duties. Your task is not only to handle reservations but also to actively sell our services by communicating persuasively why guests should choose our hotel.
